The Houthi rebels’ decision to use a ballistic missile with a cluster bomb warhead against Israel for the first time has triggered a massive and deadly Israeli air raid on their capital, Sanaa. This escalation in weaponry by the Houthis was met with a disproportionately forceful response from Israel.
